Refund Policy

We do not provide refunds unless the fault is on our end.

Order Changes

• Changes (e.g., size change, article change, addition/removal of an item) can be requested within 2 days from the order date.

Order Cancellation

• To cancel an order, please email us at support@maisondealiyah.com
• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours (1 day) of placement without any charges.
• Cancellations made after 24 hours will incur a 3% cancellation fee of the paid amount. The remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–14 working days.
• Orders cancelled without a genuine reason (e.g., change of mind, no longer required, preference changes) will be refunded as store credit only.
