Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours (1 day) of placement without any charges.

Cancellations made after 24 hours will incur a 3% cancellation fee of the total paid amount.

Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 working days.

Orders cancelled without a genuine reason (such as change of mind or personal preference) will be refunded as store credit only.

Organza:

Hand wash gently in cold water.

Do not wring; lay flat to dry.

Iron on low heat on the reverse side, using a cloth barrier.

Khadar:

Machine wash on a gentle cycle or hand wash.

Use mild detergent; avoid bleach.

Hang to dry or dry in shade.

Iron on medium heat for best results.
